My dream contest is out there again! You know the one. My quest continues!
TrueBlueTitan is blogging his journey to becoming an internet entrepreneur and has decided to give away a Nintendo Wii, YES! A
NINTENDO Wii, just in time for Christmas. Rob has a post on
RSS basics for those who don't understand it's purpose yet. It is a pretty thorough post on feeds. I am subscribed via email, because I prefer to do my reading that way if it is an option on blogs, but many people prefer a reader so they can check all blogs at the same time.
Rob and I also have the same question. I think we are on opposite sides of the fence, though. He has a question about whether or not to post the full posts or to use
excerpts so you can fit more topics on a page. I want my readers to be able to see everything without scrolling forever for things, but I get annoyed when I have to click to read someone's full post, so I resist the urge to use excerpts.
Leave a comment on any post on his blog and also subscribe to the RSS feed via email or a reader.
He also has a great post about
making your blog unique so you can get recognized. That is a great post for someone who wants to start a blog but hasn't started yet, or even someone who just started. That is something I completely agree with, you need something that screams something about who you are or what you are passionate about.
Write a blog post and include links back to both
TrueBlueTitan.com with the text
internet entrepreneur and the contest post - the post should be at least 250 words.
And that’s it! Ends December 14.
